Over the years, my passions have grown and matured… but they always end up involving art, travel and education–and the desire to share those passions with anyone who might be interested!

My academic and life experiences have resulted in a very well-rounded and diverse individual. With a passion for the study of art through history, and a view of the world through the lens of an art educator and designer, I consider the world my classroom.
Earned a bachelor of fine art in studio art and a masters of theological studies
Taught Art History, 2D Design and Intercultural Studies as adjunct professor for 2 Midwest universities
Taught high school Art History, Textile Art, Principles of Design, Western Civilizations
Home Educated our two daughters, K-12

World Traveler
Lived and worked in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Clearwater Beach, FL and New York City.
Traveled to 5 of the 7 continents; 45 of the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii + Canada; and 30 countries outside of USA
Led educational tours for 15 years to 10 countries in Europe, Egypt, Middle East and world-class cities in the United States.
Passionate about Cruising: I’ve cruised in the Aegean, Baltic, Caribbean, Greek Isles, Hawaiian Islands, Mediterranean and the West Indies – and down the Nile River (Egypt) and Rhone River (France)

Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland), Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland), Middle East & Holy Lands, Central & South America; Africa/Egypt; Turkey, Estonia, Russia, and Islands of the Caribbean and West Indies.
Our next great adventures are travel to China (this fall) and Spain.
