Kunsthistorisches Museum “The Kuntz”
VIENNA Austria’s museums: There are several phenomenal art museums in Vienna. The Kunsthistorisches Museum (“The Kuntz) is among the tops and has some phenomenal works of art and worth several hours of your time when in Vienna, Austria! Whenever travel opens up again, of course! Highlights include Bruegel’s “The Peasant Wedding,” Arcimbolo’s “Summer” (fruit face!), and Vermeer’s “Artist in his Studio” as well as several by other significant artists such as Durer, Rembrandt, Rubens, Caravaggio, Altdorfer, Bosch, Titian, and Raphael. https://www.khm.at/en/ vienna has an excellent city pass that includes the major museums and much more; I highly recommend purchasing one to maximize your visit.
Read more information about the major art works at the Kuntz on my blog highlighting these pieces. “Four Seasons” by Arcimboldo.
